The Slaak hotel in Rotterdam is a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriot International. It is located in the monumental ‘Slaakhuys’ building, an former printing office of ‘Het Vrije Volk’. The building is converted to an boutique hotel that houses 74 spacious rooms, restaurant & Bar Didot 34, 2 meeting rooms and fitness Studio34.
HDVL had the chance to design the entire hotel. In our design the guests can experience the charms of the 50’s with the luxurious feel of contemporary comfort.
